The rooms are a bit dated and basic but large and great for families. The fold out beds are king size which was great to have a bit more space travelling with young kids. Pool is huge and super clean.

Beautiful, modern hotel with a large outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool and spa - and lovely rooftop bar/ restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and just about everyone, from front desk to bars and restaurants, speaks English.

A really lovely hotel. Great location for exploring the coast. Staff were really friendly. The reception staff were helpful in booking taxis and transfers. Didn’t have too many recommendations for local restaurants though. Swimming pool was excellent. Both the pool bar/restaurant and the rooftop restaurant were excellent. Breakfast was perfect. Make use of the local bus service - stops very close to hotel. 1 bus an hour to Viareggio or Forte Dei Marmi. Lots of people used the bikes - we didn’t because it was too hot!!

The staff were great particularly the restaurant, pool bar and breakfast staff. Very helpful and accommodating even after being treated badly by a family on another table Parking is so easy and on the premises. Close to the beach and a Sunday market. Only a couple of things made it a 4/5 instead of a 5/5. One was the decor needs some tender loving care particularly in the bathrooms. The room as clean but cheap paintwork is chipping. The food in the restaurant was good but better in the pool side restaurant for lunch. There was not alternative to the restaurant if you just wanted something light. The other thing was the live music festival which sounded like it was next door. Even though we closed our windows it was still loud. We were not told of this beforehand or at check in. The bands sounded as though they were practicing and couldn’t carry a tune. We asked the staff about this festival which is every weekend in Summer Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am until 12 midnight. It would have been nice to have been told prior to our stay or at least at check in.

Gorgeous beach stay.

This is a lovely apart suite hotel near the beach between towns of viareggio and forte dei Marni- the rooms are lovely and it has very nice common areas and gardens and a lovely roof terrace. V clean and good quality sheets and towels. It has a heated indoor pool and tennis and padel courts too- all complimentary -and free use of the hotel bikes if you want to get into either town.
