"Convenient location "

"Always love staying here when visiting friends. It's a bit off from Mushashi-kosugi station but not that far. It is close to a big mall with plenty of shopping and food court as well as 2-3 grocery stores. It's a great hotel with very good size rooms, plenty of walking space and space for luggage. Spacious bathrooms too. Plenty of amenities and a controllable air conditioner. Has coin laundry with separate washer and dryer. Staff are always excellent and provide great service with help checking in and out and with luggage forwarding. Staff even helped us with taxi when they arrived despite having business clients at the same time. This is my second time staying here and I will always choose this hotel when visiting my friends in the area. "

"Convenient location near the JR station Breakfast good. Unused breakfast vouchers can be used to purchase other items sold in the restaurant. Pharmacy and convenient store just below the building Hot and cold water machines at each floor."

"We chose eco cleaning which was completed daily . Every third day was a full clean which was always excellent. Staff at front desk were helpful and accommodating (e.g.when we wanted to store luggage). We stayed a total of 11 nights over two periods and it was our third time at the Richmond . This shows what we think of its service, location and facilities. "

"The bathroom was old and it needs to upgrade badly. The towels were poor quality and was not enough. No breakfast nor shuttle service. I wanted to switch to another hotel after a couple days but the contract didn’t allow me."
