"Everything was great overall, but my experience with the manager was disappointing. When I arrived, I was initially given a standard room instead of the upgraded one I had booked, and I was told it only appeared different because of advertising. After raising my concerns, I was informed that the correct room would not be ready until the following day.
I clearly explained multiple times that I had medications stored in the refrigerator and asked to be notified when the new room was ready so I could move them myself. Instead, I was told to leave everything and that staff would handle the transfer. However, when I arrived at the new room, there was no refrigerator and my medication bag was missing.
I contacted the front desk and went down to the lobby, where the manager was present. Unfortunately, he treated the situation as if it were not a big deal and did not offer an apology. His attitude came across as cold and dismissive, honestly he seemed almost constipated in how unwilling he was to acknowledge the issue.
Aside from this experience, the rest of the hotel staff were excellent and provided great service."
