"Exceptional property and wonderful team. The Sunny family really made sure we have the best experience in Bali. The property is down a long driveway meaning you get the best sleeps but you are also in the hub of Canggu and everything is just a quick Gojek/Scooter away. Anytime we had a question or needed something the Sunny team were more than happy to help. The villa is spacious, modern and clean. 10/10 would stay again and highly recommend "

"Had a wonderful stay, all staff are wonderful, prompt and very friendly. Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. Everything is there. Thank you to all staff for a great first time visit to Bali."
"Very central location yet quite through an alley way to the hotel apartment.New building. Part of the building still under construction but the noises are not bad. Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. Breakfast and roof top facilities like breakfast, gym, swimming pool and lounging area very nice. Overall nice stay with friendly staff. The room floors are not mob and dirty ( only negative, all other positive)"

We stayed at Noema Resort Pererenan for a weekend family getaway and had such a great experience. The hotel just soft-opened, but already feels very special. We loved the 15-minute foot massage, one-time free minibar, and the eco-friendly backpack gift. The design is beautiful and every corner is so Instagrammable.
There’s a fun playground for all ages, wall climbing, and breakfast at Mamaloma Restaurant was amazing — both buffet and à la carte—big thanks to Evan, Clara, and the team for the thoughtful service.
The location is also great, with lots of popular cafes nearby like St. Ali and Kilo Kitchen. Or even go to Pererenan beach, you can walk, bike, or even take their electric Bajaj or vintage campervan, just ask for their availability. Would love to stay longer next time!"

The Alea Hotel is not what is states online.
On arrival rooms were not ready. 2 hr later the we were able to go to our room. We were not offered refreshments. Rooms smelt like mold. The bathrooms were not cleaned. Sheets were ripped. There was not breakfast available. No baror no restaurant to eat in. Elevator was broken. The whole hotel was full of mold roof falling in. The staff do not understand English. I seen 3 people check out the morning we arrived who had stayed 1 night. The hotel needs to update what they offer and need to update the photos as this is a 1star rated hotel and that's being generous. "
