The property is down a long driveway meaning you get the best sleeps but you are also in the hub of Canggu and everything is just a quick Gojek/Scooter away. "I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The lively nightclub nearby didn’t bother me at all; I popped on my headphones with some sleep tones and drifted off easily. Honestly, part of me was tempted to join the fun at the club! The club’s atmosphere was classy, sexy, and clearly a popular hotspot. Beyond the nightlife, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, with a vibrant yet sophisticated vibe. "We had an excellent stay at the property. The room was very well-thought out in terms of the layout and the amenities that were available to us. The waterfront restaurant, the fusion restaurant and the beach club all had exceptional service. We were a bit disappointed that the hotel representatives told us about "Sunset Park" but failed to mention that it's a rooftop bar. We only wandered up there on our last day and it would have been nice to know about it beforehand so we could have full enjoyed it!"

Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. "Very central location yet quite through an alley way to the hotel apartment.New building. Part of the building still under construction but the noises are not bad. Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. Breakfast and roof top facilities like breakfast, gym, swimming pool and lounging area very nice. Overall nice stay with friendly staff. The room floors are not mob and dirty ( only negative, all other positive)"
"This hotel is new and designed very well. Bed & pillows was very comfortable. Great choice of selection of food specially breakfast. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and made our stay very special, even decorated our room for our anniversary and left us a gift and a card.
