So property is being removed in August There were some things that needed fixing but it’s all being ripped out anyways The breakfast buffet was excellent though Yum yum biscuits and gravy

This was a nice stay on a recent visit. My only complaint about this room was that the room had an unpleasant odor when we walked in the door. It smelled a little like smoke and the air was just stale in there. The location was a little far from everything we needed. Altogether the staff were very friendly, the place was clean, the beds were soft.

The room was very dusty when we arrived. The carpet had a dirty odor. Either needs to be washed or change. Towels need to be replaced as we had some that were ripped. Complementary breakfast was great. We were glad we didn’t need to pay for parking this time we visited.

The property is very outdated. The rooms are dusty and full of hair and smell moldy. I was really looking forward to staying at this location because of reviews. Now I wonder if the bad ones are deleted..? Only positive part of our stay was the breakfast and some of the staff. The wonderful black lady that works the morning shift and Amber were amazing. Steven the night guy, customer service is definitely not his calling. Overall, I always try to take the positive from so much negative. My honest review.

The common areas were good. The room needed work. Bathroom sink facet sprayed sideways. The bathroom door was very hard to close. The couch side was shredded. The garbage disposal stunk and i e maker did not work. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was yummy and outside pool area was nice.

We stayed here while in Louisville for our grandson’s Special Olympics basketball tournament. The team needed to be at the arena at the same time breakfast was served. A staff member came in early and prepared breakfast so our team could eat before their game. We were all so grateful to her!

Customer service and staff were awesome! Had a nice pool and new fitness facility. Offered residents a free meal and beer on Wednesday night upon our arrival. Nice variety of breakfast foods. The hotel does need remodeling which we were told was starting 8-1-26. The frayed carpet and worn furniture, lighting didn't work on desk. Upgrade plumbing, bathtub didn't drain well. Unfortunately one night we were woken up at midnight with fire alarm going off. People in room beside of us were cooking fish and burned it so we had to evacuate for about an hour. The sign in room said cleaning staff would empty trash and replace dirty towels, but that didn't occur. We just did it ourselves and front desk gave us what we needed. The location was perfect for what we were doing. Also need tv guides in room as the guide button didn't work on remote. We would stay there again!! Ed and Sharon Whitfield
