The WIFI was very slow/almost unusable. The rooms were very clean; staff was friendly and helpful. Close to a lot of restaurants.

The hotel was clean the people at the front desk were really nice and patient since I was dealing with bank issues my only suggestion would be maybe a different breakfast each day and add more to the fitness room otherwise can't really complain

The room was very clean. The check in was easy and friendly. I wanted to stay for just 1 night before committing to other nights and i was Not disappointed! Very quiet with a Greats night rest on a hard but Very comfortable bed which is Excactly what my back needs!

Not what I expected

Checking in was good, the 2gentleman were polite and professional. The room was outdated. The tv remote barely worked, guess it needed batteries but had no back to it. Furniture all in the walkways, couldn’t find the ice machine. Was able to come thru the back door to get upstairs thru the lobby to the elevator when checked in but when I checked out I had to walk all the around the building just to get back to my vehicle. The lady at the desk didn’t notice me standing at the window, when I was ready to check out, had to knock on it. She was on her phone with her head down. She wouldn’t even let me in the lobby.

Very disappointing. First my room key didn't work most of the time. Breakfast was a disappointment, not even waffles were available the first day. Room key didn't work to get me back inside the front door and no one at the desk to open the door for at least ten minutes. The best I can say is the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great Hotel

We stayed 5 days, no issues. Staff was friendly and great, locals were friendly. Place was clean and fresh. Rooms and fridge super cold! Lots of food choices and a Kroger nearby. Free breakfast everyday.

Pool was green. Hotel is a bit run down. Some rooms are better than others. Breakfast was OK, but probably the worst that I've been too. Our room was clean. Staff was nice. The pictures on Expedia make it look better than it is.

Good for the money.

Nice place for a nights stay. Room was clean and didn't smell. Beds were very comfortable. The tub was alittle old. If I could change 1 thing it would be the coffee. It was instant. If they got 2 or 3 pump coffee pots it wouldn't be too hard to keep filled and fresh. I just love good coffee in the mornings

We booked this place because it had a pool. The pool was GREEN with algae and absolutely gross. We were a bit leery of the whole facility's cleanliness and I am praying we didn't bring any bedbugs home with us. Nice folks at the desk, and the bed ws comfortable, but this place is past its prime.
