We were supposed to have a sleepe sofa in our room and there wasn’t one I told the clerk at check out and all they said was I apologize but didn’t offer any kind of discount on my bill or my next visit

The bathroom door doesn’t stay open so the any smells are trapped. That lead to a bad smell in my bathroom when I got there. The shower head is a dribble at best. The room was clean, the staff were nice, the bed was comfortable. I just wouldn’t choose to stay there again with other better affordable options.
