I absolutely love this hotel. Hotel is always clean, hotel staff is always accommodating and nice. Hotel is in walking distance to a lot of things in the area. Hotel Beds are really comfortable and room was very spacious.

The room was immaculate the staff was very good especially the young lady at the front desk also the maintenance guy who takes care of things around the hotel was very courteous and kind and asked me if the elevator was level enough for my Walker even the hotel next door people were nice too when I got up to get breakfast the staff there was very nice and courteous also the housekeeping people on my floor where it was very courteous

Downtown but not in an area I want to walk around. Homelessness surrounding the hotel and some seedy businesses. Overall safer than some other cities but still not an area I was super comfortable with. It was good for a 1 night stay. Clean, decent breakfast with a nice view. Staff were very helpful.
