I checked in with staff member Kashea. She was excellent. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Got my stay off to a great start. My room was clean, quiet, and the bed/linens were very comfortable. The NULU location area had a great vibe. It was located in a good spot. Marva at the front desk was exceptional at her job and very friendly. Marva went above and beyond. Room was sub par and shower was terrible no pressure.
