"Arrived quarter after check in time and the room was not ready so they put a rush to get it ready. Check in staff was awesome, they were apologetic and accommodated our wait with refreshments. They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Anything we needed they made sure they were there to help with whatever. Room was amazing and clean.
