Location had me a bit concerned but turned out this Hotel was top notch: quiet, very comfortable beds, and the usual HI breakfast, which for a hotel free breakfast is quite good. Oh, the property itself is in excellent condition overall, inside and out.

The hotel room was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and responsive. The breakfast that was provided each morning was welcome and a nice start to the day. We felt taken care of during this visit and it made the time we spent in San Jose that much more enjoyable. It was a very nice facility.

The front desk employee refused to let us check in along with several other parties. He started yelling, told everyone to leave and called the police-after he took our credit card and charged for parking. INSANE experience, had to find another hotel at 10pm after driving 8 hours
