"What a lovely place! My partner and I arrived on Christmas Day & stayed for 3 nights & we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Wonderful scenic location. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, fun live music, board games provided, delicious food & the massage in the spa was also great. The only thing we regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. "

"The room was ok for an overnight stay but any longer and it needs comfy seats, not just a bed, to sit on. The curtain had been pulled off the rail on one side, so did not close easily, but the bathroom was roomy and very clean! The staff are delightful - very professional and helpful... They clearly like dogs at The Godolphin and accommodate them with flair! We sometimes feel dogs are just tolerated, though not here.....!! The food was just ok.... (dare I say even disappointing) the single boule of ice-cream @ £3 was tiny and under-delivered - why not charge £5 and give 2 decent sized boules? Prudence was a "stand out" member of staff and a credit to you!"
