This is an old building, so expect quirky! My room had a sloping floor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Bathroom sparkling and modern. Breakfast hot and cold options.

Lovely quiet room, friendly staff and delicious food. Great value all round. A great location to explore the south and north coasts at southern tip of Cornwall.
Lovely pub away from the usual bustle of the popular Cornish tourist spots. But close enough to Mousehole for an evening walk. Great bar, evening food and breakfast. Service excellent. Good room, though understandly compact due to the quaint nature of an old property. Will stay again if in the area.
Cosy comfy room, nice extras in the room and great breakfast.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Excellent pub food & welcoming staff - choir practice spills over to the pub on Monday’s, so harmonious tunes were the perfect end to our little trip there!
The accommodation was in a lovely village near plenty of other places of interest. The pub was great and the staff were all very good and the food was excellent. The room and facilities were also good. The simple reason for the average rating is that our room had an air conditioner unit on the wall right outside our window which was very noisy. I asked about this after the first night and they were aware of this but I was told unfortunately it was needed to cool the cellar. This was going on and off every couple of minutes all day until well after midnight on the second night. It just meant relaxing before going out and sleep was a real problem until it eventually stopped. Without this issue we would have given a higher rating.
Great food and service. The pub itself is beautiful with Clean, comfortable accommodation for the night. Good value for money with a very nice breakfast included. Would definitely stay again.
All round a really nice place to stay. I especially enjoyed the breakfast- the young person that served me had an infectious sunny disposition, brightened my morning no end!
Stayed for one night with two friends. The room was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the evening but the breakfast was excellent and staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Not your average hotel experience
I was looking for a one of a kind experience in Cornwall and The Kings Arms met my expectations. It's a quaint little pub with about 6 hotel rooms. We ate dinner and breakfast there and both were very good. We would recommend this site if you're looking for something other than a big hotel chain with a lot of charm.
Lovely pub with friendly staff and great service. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Great shower and comfortable bed. We ate there in the evening, best fish pie I’ve ever had and great choices. Breakfast was good, choice of cereals, yoghurt etc and plenty of fresh fruit. Choice of cooked to order hot dishes. We felt our stay was great value and would stay again.
Great sea view from comfy double bed, which had nice soft pillows! Super large television with lots of extras !
Room and bathroom a bit small though.
V good breakfast! We enjoyed the Mousehole shanty men ln the lively bar the night before!
Delicious dining at the Kings Arms during our stay
We loved our two nights at the Kings Arms. We enjoyed two delicious dinners as well as breakfasts while visiting. Our room could have been a little more spacious, but the bed was comfortable. There was no room service the second day . All the staff were most friendly. We would highly recommend the inn.
