"Overall, I had a very positive experience at this hotel. The concierge team was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay, and the self check-in/check-out process was convenient and efficient. The room was clean upon arrival and was maintained well each day. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a satisfying selection of traditional English breakfast items, and there was always ample seating available.
One area for improvement would be the coffee machine in the breakfast area. During my stay, it did not appear to be functioning consistently, resulting in guests having to wait for assistance and coffee corrections.
Additionally, some of the room furnishings, particularly the closet, ironing board, and iron, felt a bit dated compared to the overall quality of the hotel. While these items were functional, refreshing them would further enhance the guest experience.
That said, these were relatively minor observations in an otherwise enjoyable stay. I would happily return to this hotel and appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff. With a few updates to some of the room amenities, the experience could be even better in the future."
