"The air conditioner was not working and called reception but wasted 5 hours evening the issue still not fixed. Only provided a useless fan(they called heater). No immediate compensation but only while checking out, offer next stay compensation, still not specific and real thing."

"The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. Some rooms have a lovely view of The Tower of London. I had booked 2 rooms but unfortunately we were not given rooms close to each other. Unfortunately the first room my granddaughter and her Mum were in had very noisy neighbours - the residents were out and in the room all through the night, slamming the door, noisy stiletto heels clipping on the wooden floor and very audible noises of the goings on in bed!! I spoke to reception the next morning and the receptionist did apologise and moved them to another room as the noisy guests were also staying another night. Thankfully the next two nights were peaceful but it wasn’t the best start for their first trip to London. I feel if our rooms had been closer it would have been less stressful for them. "
