"Perfect for the airport, could see departure door from the room, staff very friendly, polite and helpful, hotel and room absolutely spotless, tea & coffee making facilities, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, toiletries. Took breakfast at 7.30, plentiful food and drink options, departure screen and news channels in a very comfortable lounge and with breakfast tables if you preferred. Didn’t use parking but it was on the fifth floor right next to reception foor (reception is on the fifth floor). If being dropped off, the express drop off is fine and right next to the hotel. Would stay again as it took the stress out of rushing in the morning."

"Well-placed hotel as a stopover en-route to Cruising from Liverpool. The Dining room lacked atmosphere, had a limited menu choice, though evening meal was well presented and tasty, but was rather expensive. ‘Petunia’ Bedroom was of a good size, had excellent views of the extensive gardens and was very clean - it would not be ideal for disabled due to a small staircase leading to the room and another just inside the room. Documentation provided clearly indicates the potential charges associated with a lost Room Key or Toiletries taken from the room and a discretionary 10% Service Charge added to all Restaurant and Bar bills."
