"Staff were friendly/helpful. Restaurant food good. Room was dusty in places, i.e. shelves, top of headboard/pictures etc. could have been cleaner. Not happy with description of "private ensuite" as this consisted of a separate toilet, separate shower and a sink in the main bedroom which you could section off by a privacy screen! No shaving socket. Could do with more storage room. Only 2 drawers, one of which has a safe in it. Several concerns over lack of amenities in room, i.e. hotel information sheet, bathroom towel/toothbrush cup, but having spoken to lovely receptionist this was put down to housekeeping issues rather than the norm."
