"We were told our room was upgraded free of cost, which is great. The hotel's location is excellent. It is unfortunate the hotel doesn't have an elevator as we had heavy luggage. Also, the angry lady at the breakfast was quite rude, huffing and puffing if we placed the mug wrong in the coffee machine or attempted to cut a piece of cake for ourselves."

"Lovely place to stay - staff were great, food was excellent and the location was right in the pedestrian centre so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Would happily stay there again!"
