This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, perfekte Lage

Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber im guten Zustand. Doppelzimmer sind recht klein, für ein Wochenende in Ordnung. Lage im Zentrum ist natürlich super. Frühstück war in Ordnung, wobei man nicht gleich zu Beginn gehen sollte, der Service ist da noch nicht 100% parat und man wartet auf Kaffee und Eier .

Buona l’accoglienza e velocissimo il check in. Personale molto gentile. La pulizia è buona. Mi dispiace per alcuni dettagli come il letto! Forse è la parte più importante in un albergo. Molto molto scomodo, extra duro e alcuni parti visibilmente rovinati (sbriciolati). I cuscini altrettanto scomodi. Il ristorante è chiusa sia a cena che a pranzo.

Struttura nel centro di Livigno, vicina al comune.Grande parcheggio, non pubblicizzati alla reception i servizi dell'hotel, ho visto delle biciclette ma non era chiaro se fossero disponibili gratuitamente.All'interno delle camere non c'erano i soliti libri con lelenco e orari dei vari servizi dell'hotel.

Hotel situato nel centro di Livigno, per cui comodissimo per qualsiasi attività. Confortevole, camera pulita e personale cordiale. Check in veloce. Cena e colazione super!

Loistava, keskeinen sijainti. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Hotellissa oli kivaa Alppi-henkeä. Sisustus oli ehkä hieman kulunutta, mutta mielestäni se toi hotellille vain lisää luonnetta. Huone oli loistava, sauna ihana ja aamupala oli hyvä. Tulisin varmasti toistekin.

Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby. Breakfast hard work to obtain a nice coffee such as Cafe Late. After heavy snow hotel didn’t clear any snow from walk ways unlike all other hotels in area. No care for customers. Staff never said hello in mornings or on return in evenings which is basic level customer service. vanity mirror was hanging off its fixing. Lacking in care and waiting staff at breakfast seemed quite disorganised so had to request bread and meat/cheese be replenished. Our double delux room was quite basic and quite small compared to similar lrice level hotels in the area. Disappointed and won’t be returning to this hotel as we found much nice ones in livigno
