"Struttura vecchia, sporca e con riscaldamento inefficace. Bagni improponibili senza finestre, asse del gabinetto rotta e sporca . Cucina mal attrezzata è datata. Odore di chiuso ovunque : nonostante le temperature polari prima di ogni sonno dovevamo spalancare le finestre . La stanza con i letti singoli è sopra un garage /officina da cui salgono odori di gasolio e mantengono fredda la stanza perché il locale sottostante non è riscaldato. Pessima esperienza da non ripetere ! NON ANDATECI "

"Wir waren entsetzt, als wir das Apartment betreten haben, das nichts mit den Bildern zu tun hat. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Absolut renovierungsbedürftig (oder wohl eher zum Kernsanieren), wir sind halb durch den Balkon gebrochen. Unglaublich, dass FeWo so etwas im Programm hat. Wir haben sofort ein anderes Apartment gesucht und haben unseren Urlaub dort verbracht."

"Appartamento al 2 piano Nuovissimo ma collocato sopra l'officina meccanica-gommista. l'odore TERRIBILE di gasolio rendeva l'aria irrespirabile oltre al rumore dell'officina (dei sollevatori elettrici dei ponti) anche alle 22.00 di SABATO notte. Mi spiace ma non potrò più prendere in considerazione tale struttura in futuro. "

"Fantastisk lokalisation, rent og hyggeligt. Alle senge var meget gode, men sovesofaen var lige gammel nok. Den var klar til at smides ud. Og køkkenet var meget dårligt udstyret, hvis man vil lave mad imens man bor der. Det kan godt forbedres meget. Hvis de skaffer en ny sovesofa, og noget køkkenudstyr, så at man kan lave mad der, så ville jeg give 10/10. "

"Magnifique appartement 4 personnes rénové. Situation au calme et accessible à tout. Seul petit bémol au niveau de l'équipement cuisine qui devait être revu. "This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."
