"The staff was incredible! I would rate them a perfect 10 out of 10. They truly enhanced the overall experience. The only exception is that the pool area didn’t live up to the pictures. It had a deceptive illusion, so when I arrived at the pool, I had high expectations, but that was the only area where I felt disappointed. Everything else was amazing. "

The rooms were kept clean each day. the staff was great. Areas of improvement : - Parking in house for 22 euro was a bit much. You can park after 9 pm in the streets for free. "

"The hotel is convenient to the Praça de Espanha metro and has a couple of playgrounds nearby. It’s reasonable for families and near the Zoo. It’s not terribly convenient to the old town area, but quick to the airport. The hotel itself is clean and easy to navigate. The restaurant had a lovely breakfast and made a good backup option for dinner. We had a suite, so the room was extra spacious. "

"I was here for business and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool was very cold and the outside area being surrounded by tall buildings meant the sun disappeared quickly early in the evening. Apart from that it was a very lovely stay. "
