"Upgraded us to a quieter room but it was not quite ready as they are gradually renovated rooms so they weren’t aware of some of the issues. Example- safe, deadbolt lock and lamp did not work, sewer smell from drain, but John spend a few hours attending to the issues.
We were compensated with a free dinner and then since some of the items could not be rectified, our second night we chose to stay in a different room and it was perfect and quiet. No repair issues.
So my recommendation would be it was lovely and service accommodating but I think they need to check quality control after guests leave to see items arent working or need attention."
