"Jenifer at the front desk was delightful! She was extremely helpful when it was discovered I had inadvertently booked two rooms for the same night instead of one room for two nights. The room was neat, tidy and looked professionally cleaned. I only wish that there would have been a microwave in the room … other than that it is a lovely place to spend a few nights. "

"If you are visiting San Francisco for the first time and clueless on where to stay - this is the perfect place at FIsherman's Wharf. This hotel offers golden gate view rooms and Alcatraz Island view rooms among others. It also offers a $15 credit at the restaurant each time you dine and thats a good deal considering the food is outstanding at the property. The service is immaculate to say the least, starting from the warm welcome at the front desk to the concierge persons and the housekeeping staff everyone was very kind and polite. TLDR: Book this place for a wonderful san francisco trip! "

"The RIU is in an excellent location, close to Pier 39 & Fisherman's Wharf! The staff were very helpful! Rooms were large & very clean!Breakfast was great, plenty of hot & cold choices but it does get busy after 7.30am! Would definitely choose the RIU if visiting again!"
