Not a “Five Star Resort” but earned 5 stars from me. Counter staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were basic but very clean and cozy. Great views, pool was nice. Didn’t try the restaurant onsite but locals recommended it. Just beware, if you’re staying during the week, almost all local restaurants close by 8pm, so factor that into your day plans. Great easy access to Point Reyes Park

This is an old motel but kept in excellent shape. The maintenance/carpentry is excellent. First time that I've seen crown molding in a bathroom. The bed is comfortable and my wife loved the pattern on the comforter. The location is beautiful, right on the bay, and there are nice benches all around to soak it in. There are no restaurants within a reasonable distance that are open before 10 AM but you can get pastries and coffee within a few miles. We would stay there again.

We had a nice clean room with a view of Tomales Bay. It was quiet which is good. There is a nice pool and beach and kayaks. It was not inexpensive for what it is but we would go there again.

Perfect and peaceful! Ideally located on the water and close to so many beautiful hikes. Nice kayaking guide on site who knows a lot and tells great stories with true love of the water and bioluminescent plankton. Our room was spacious and comfortable, surrounded by greenery and hummingbirds, and contained everything we needed :)

We liked the location. It's right on the bay. We weren't impressed with unfriendly woman at the desk, but the younger woman who came out from the back was much better. She showed us places to go on a map she gave us. There is no place to keep anything in the bathroom, which isn't the end of the world, but it's nice to keep a few toiletries in there. The walls must be paper thin, because the people next door sounded like they were moving furniture all night! I know it's a tourist area, but it kills me to pay over 200 dollars for a tiny average motor inn.
