"Great budget friendly hotel in a convenient location, with easy access to the nearby metro for getting into Lille city centre. The rooms are clean, although quite small, but perfectly fine if you’re mainly using them for sleeping rather than spending lots of time in the hotel. The bed was comfortable and overall it was a pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it for short stays"

"The room is fine, the bathroom can be more clean and well maintained. The worst is there is no coffee or tea in the room or anywhere else. There used to be no kettle in room too so cannot get any hot water except going to the reception and ask for some. They provide one paper cup per people at the first day but they get very soggy easily.it is fine if you just want a place to sleep."

"A good location close to the main train stations. Check in was seamless and staff on the desk were friendly. Room was perfectly acceptable at the price point and it worked for our overnight stop over."

"This room would be legally non-compliant in the UK; however, France may have different safety regulations. The third bed is on a loft (approximately 6 ft × 4 ft) built above the bathroom and can only be accessed via a ladder, which has to be retracted to allow movement on the main level. There are two beds in the main room, which are just about suitable for an average-sized person. However, space is very limited, and it’s difficult for two people to move around at the same time. One person often has to step aside to allow the other to pass."

" One member of staff, a bearded one, wearing a sweater, was so rude and obnoxious. A scary experience. On the other hand, the other staff members were kind and supportive I have to admit."
