"This was a one night stop on our way south - we have stayed before and enjoy seeing the horses nearby. The breakfast was very nice. the only issue was that the holder for the shower head was broken, so we had to hold it ourselves. A good budget friendly place in summary. "

"This hotel is excellent. It lived up to its reputation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our only regret was not having a mini fridge in our room. It’s not real close to a metro line if you are lugging suitcases but it wasn’t too bad. The restaurants aren’t real close for walking either. But this hotel has spacious rooms and very nice staff. "

"Only stayed for one night whilst watching the Olympics at the nearby stadium. Great parking at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if visiting, the only strange thing about the location was that it was in the middle of the University campus."

"Pros: Easy walk to the stadium, wonderful, welcoming staff and a nice bar that is open late with a very cute outdoor lounge area. Very relaxed, nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. Con: No air condition and all fans had been given out. We slept with our window open all night until it started to rain. It was hot in the room even with the window open. But, we were there in a heat wave, so perhaps it would be more tolerable on a regular summer day. "

"Train was steps away. Lots of places to eat. A laundromat was also nearby. Room had full kitchen so we could take food back for later. Everything was new and fresh."

"This is a very relaxing place to stay. I rested well as the bed is large and comfortable. The breakfast is ample and delicious - I recommend the hot chocolate in winter. The little terrace is nice with the view of the fish pond. "

"A lovely property with lots of character. Unfortunately, we only stayed one day and that was a Sunday. The problem with staying on a Sunday is that the restaurant is closed and there is nowhere, either at the hotel or locally to get food. Our room whilst decorated beautifully and complete with everything you could want including robes and slippers was high up with a sloped roof that my wife on two occasions nearly knocked herself out. However, you will not find better and more friendly staff...
