Vraiment top ! Une belle suite très spacieuse avec cuisine équipée, salon, chambre, WC et salle de bain. Très satisfait de notre nuit dans cet hôtel.. il correspondait à nos attentes. Nous avions besoin d’un établissement proche du stade, on ne pouvait pas être plus proche. Personnel très accueillant.

Situation idéale et accueil très sympathique

La situation de l’hôtel à proximité immédiate du stade Pierre Maurois (ds lequel nous devions assister à un concert de Bruce Springsteen) est absolument géniale, d’autant que l’hôtel a des places de parkings réservées. Accueil vraiment très sympathique de la part de l’hôtesse d’accueil qui nous a rassurés sur le stationnement et a facilité notre enregistrement. Peut déjeuner sympathique ds une salle au premier étage. Le confort du studio est un peu sommaire par rapport au prix élevé ( à cause du concert ) de la chambre mais toutes commodités néanmoins

Great for a visit in Lille. Close to the Université de Lille and Villeneuve d'asq. Of course, next to the stadium if you are visiting for an event. Easy to get to the city center via metro.

Quasiment très bien

Dommage d avoir un appartement avec une porte blindée insonorisé qui a un passage d air de 1 cm en dessous. Du coup on entend les bruits. Sinon c est toujours très propre et à bon prix . Idéal pour un passage, d autant plus que l' on peut avoir un parking souterrain pour 11€

Bon accueil. Simple et efficace. Chambre très bien équipée. Le bémol est sur le système d’éclairage qui ne permet pas d’allumer la tête de lit. Un bon point pour l’insonorisation : un soir de match et pas trop de clameurs dans la chambre ! Au final, une bonne expérience

J'ai mal dormi durant 2 nuits car le lit double était en réalité 2 lits single mis cote a cote Donc je dormais et les 2 lits s'éloignait Nuits catastrophiques. Merci de me rembourser.

One night at twenty business flats

Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec le stade, la propreté, la sobriété de la décoration. Mais, les meubles de kitchenette ne resisteront pas longtemps et les couloirs et ascenceurs sont déjà bien dégradés. Dommage !

Ideal location to visit War Memorials

The flat was spacious with good bed and shower. In a good location near a Mall and a Metro and restaurants. Easy to get to the motorways. Staff were very helpful and understood English. Only problem we encountered was a TV with very limited channels and none in English and any texts received during our stay was always in French.

It's not clear upon arrival where to park or how to get to Twenty Business Grand Flats. However, oncea you've figured this out the place is very well situated with friendly staff and nice rooms with all the amenities that you would expect. Very well priced for what you get.
