Great place for a few days in Lille - central location; close to the railway stations + subways, quiet at night even though in the town centre and had comfortable amenities. Only minus point was that the washroom could have been cleaner. Overall, nice experience and will recommend for a short stay.

I only needed to stay for 1 night so it would probably be better for a longer-term stay. Close to the train station which is what I needed. No AC in the room and it was very hot. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Didn't use the kitchenette but it seemed fine. No outlet to charge your phone next to the bed. After-hours check-in was very clear.

The apartment is comfortable and clean. We didn't do any cooking, but I think the facilities were adequate for simple meals, and fine for light breakfasts. The location is very good, close to both stations and walking distance to Vieux Lille.

Location was/is excellent, right on top of the biggest shopping mall I've ever seen in my life and a short walk from the older parts of the City, which are lovely. Apartment was basic, it's not plush but it was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay.

Having read so many negative reviews I was actually dreading it. Well that was soon laid to rest. The reception staff were polite and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. We WILL be back!

Lovely, spacious apartment -- comfortable bed, good view. Somewhat basic in decor, but well located for traveling from the train station. I'd recommend

2 star is for the good location, poor room housekeeping, very few staff are welcoming. We had to complain before our room got cleaned after waiting for more than a week.

convenient functionial accom close to station. looks like they had read feedback and had someone on the door to assist after hours key collection. don't expect luxury but for a simple good value suite to sleep 5 it does the job well

Simple, utilitarian, centrally located, economically priced. Front desk spoke good english and understood my bad French. Didn't like the fact that I had to remove my garbage by taking it down ten floors to the bins under threat of a 57 euro fee if I didn't.

Excellent value for money

I really like Sejours & Affaires, great reception. My room was very comfortable, very nice linens and towels. Nice selection of tea and coffee and a useful note pad and pen. The kitchen area is very good, with a coffee machine, microwave and double hob. Good supply of pans, crockery and utensils. I made soup very easily. Carrefour is just steps away inside EuroLille shopping centre. Lots of places to eat in the area, and very close to Lille Flandres train station ( 2 minute walk ) and 4 minute walk to Lille Europe train station. I have stayed here many times and will continue to return. Excellent value for money.

Good stay, wish they would properly check and clean up the available dishes. Shouldn’t be too hard to run them through the dishwasher downstairs than to trust people to do a proper job cleaning up

The apartment hotel is in a tall block part of the Lille Europe complex. It was usefully right next door to the Westfield Shopping Centre and Carrefour. The staff were very nice and tolerated our attempts at French. The room was a bit tired, especially the bathroom, with the toilet discoloured with limescale and the cracked basin draining very slowly. The bed was comfortable although an extra pillow would have been useful. Ear plugs would have been useful as there was a continuous hum from the Westfield Centre air conditioning plant and noise from the station. Also the room fridge compressor was a little noisy, no problem if you were asleep but not if you were struggling to do so. Wifi was good. We didn't use the TV because it had only French language channels. The kitchen equipment is basic but functional. Overall not the best of stays but you get what you pay for.

Simple but respectable accommodation. However check-out was a hassle: the careless, unhelpful woman at reception spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay. A pity.
