"The property is beautiful!! No fault of the resort, the seaweed was terrible this time of year. I appreciated that they had a tractor out every morning combing the beach for seaweed. The dining experiences were amazing. Definitely recommend the hibachi if you have a chance to do it. "

"Just got back from Ocean Maya Royale for a long weekend birthday trip- and it did not disappoint! All the workers were very kind and helpful. There was a mix up with our room which was quickly resolved and we ended up getting upgraded to an ocean view. There was a quieter pool area for relaxing and another one that had lots of activities and the swim up bar, so it had both options depending on what you wanted. All of the food was great- the main dining hall had diverse options and all the restaurants we dined at were excellent. Can’t wait to come back!"
