"Last 4 years I’ve frequently stayed this hotel since my son in UB. Room carpet was found very filthy & dirty. I’ve chosen this hotel because close to north campus. No improvement been seen in the property and room. I will not recommend anyone to stay here."

"Upon arrival the area was full of angry people. Fights in the parking lot and a mob in the lobby. There were no clean rooms to be had. No housekeeping staff on the premises. They refused to assist and turned us away. This was the last thing we expected to have happen. We were taken advantage of by other establishments because of the desperate situation we were in. By far, the worst hotel experience ever."

"It was well kept and appeared clean. Unfortunately I did find a very long toe nail in my bed that was not mine. Definitely made me wonder if my sheets had been changed. Pool and hot tub were nice but it would have been more relaxing if there were adult only hours."
