The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains—waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. The location is also perfect: close enough to the town center for convenience, but still peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Overall, Sapa Horizon Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again!"

The pool was lovely and a great amentity if travelling with kids. Unfortunately, the kids room was closed when we were there so we never got a chance to use it.
