" My experience at this hotel was, without exaggeration, one of the worst I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was unacceptable: the person at the front desk seemed annoyed simply because I rang the bell, which is basic when no one is visibly attending. To make matters worse, they initially claimed my reservation did not exist, creating unnecessary stress after a long day. The room is extremely small, outdated, and clearly neglected. Everything feels worn down: old furniture, an unpleasant atmosphere, and even the water had a bad odor. The shower is completely obsolete, and to make matters worse, there isn’t even a desk where you can sit and work. This place fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and customer service. There are far too many options available today to settle for something like this. I honestly do not recommend it under any circumstances. If you value comfort and respectful service, this hotel should be off your list."

"Enjoyed my stay at the Jaxon. Nice room with everything you need. Shower has great pressure. If you get there late, parking spots in lot are filled so just parked next street over. Can hear cars driving on road in morning but nothing major."

"I booked this room for one night we were greeted by a security guard to check us in !! No front desk!!! thanks god it was only one night the Orchid has a great location but the hotel is very outdated you feel like walking down a prison hallway dim lighting and mold smell. The room Was small no information about the place no water!! No front desk! They had a some kind of large blue WiFi that would stay on lit half the room up hard to sleep broken fire alarm the pillows seem like they where from the dollar store I’m very surprised that Expedia has this place on there website they did however offer one free coffee and a danish nice touch The cost was over 700.00 honestly it should be 150.00 a night. Stay away "

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "
