"I had an issue that I referred to management and of course, nobody reverted to me The cleaning crew entered my room yet. I caught them red handed. They did not clean at all but moved my luggage and that’s the only thing that was touched. Nothing else was touched, cleaned. It’s made me feel unsafe, even though anything of value was removed from the luggage because, I emptied it the night before. This experience did not make me feel safe at all and while I reported it, nobody reverted to me."

"Room was not clean at all. Found cockroaches in the shower, shower wasn’t clean- hair and sand in it. Mattress is sitting on the ground and is very dirty. Overall terrible stay. Genuinely the worst place on singer island "

"The best thing about the room was it was clean. The kitchen did have a few pots and pans. I had to use the big pan to flush the toilet.There was 1 glass in the kitchen, but no coffee pot of any kind. The bed qas horrible and the pillows were like airline throw away pillows. I messaged about the toilet. The person in charge said they would have some one look at it I asked when and got no reply. So of course we were out when they came and it didn't get fixed. So we used the 2 pans of water in the tank method of flush while we were there. I almost forgot my next door neighbors partying until 4:00 AM one morning. There is no insulation in the walls so they might as well been in the room with us. That was a miserable night. On the other hand the pool was clean and it is only about 3 blocks to the beach. I will never go back it is to rough for me but that is what I get for trying to save a few bucks. I would much rather have been farther from the beach and been a little more comfortable. "
