"Hotel is ok. Our room was clean. Outside the room the hotel is a little run down, Elevator doors and light fixtures damaged by privious guests 6th floor. Staff really non existent other than check in. Hot tub closes way to early at 8, Really 7:45 when they start kicking you out. Way to early to close the hot tub. Just an ok stay."

"Great location near restaurants and shops. We liked the no housekeeping policy during your stay…daily house keeping is dated and waste of resources. Ours was 3 nights stay. It was easy to get more coffee and replace bath mat. Liked lobby area and good pour over coffee in the room. Didn’t get a chance to try food. Walls are thin so if you are super sensitive, be mindful of that fact. Overall, great stay for us."

"We had a bit of a problem getting through to front desk and maintainance man didnt show up at all after waiting 2.5 hours. Went down to front desk next morning and KAREN was an amazing fixed our problems and was very generous in offering extras. Have never stayed here however bcuz of Karen’s extremely kind and helpful nature will be back!!!!"

"A couple of suggestions… Add a microwave to the rooms. Add better lighting. One light by the window and two small lights by the bed were not enough to light up the room. We had to use a flashlight to get stuff out of our suitcase, even during the day. You need to pay the maintenance guy more money. You have him in charge of 120 some rooms AND doing laundry???! When we called the office for someone to come fix the TV we had to call 2-3 times to fix the TV. It was not his fault - he was very nice and very helpful… He apologized profusely and we felt sorry for him. it is the corporation’s fault. There are times… Especially when the rooms are full that the company should have two maintenance guys on the grounds…"

"The room was very clean and spacious. The little kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having a full-size refrigerator/freezer. The pool was also very nice to come back to after a day of hiking in Lake Tahoe. Would definitely stay here again, very family friendly resort."

"They had a great hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, bacon, and more. Hot coffee was available throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The only thing that was a bit odd was the bathroom door. It’s a sliding-style door that doesn’t close completely, leaving fairly large gaps between the door and the walls. So, there isn’t much privacy when using the bathroom if someone else is in the room. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay!"
