"The hotel itself is beautiful and in downtown Petaluma. Extremely walkable neighborhood. Couple that with warm and welcoming staff, attention to detail and you get a recipe for excellence. Special recognition: Theophile - he made our stay extra comfortable by suggesting the best place to park, warning us about the parking fee and passing us a parking pass to a small lot near the hotel. He also later brought an extra blanket when the night was colder than anticipated. These elements are not something you can advertise— but they make all the difference. "

"I don't want to say that I was surprised by how nice the location was, but I will offer that it exceeded my expectations. It's clean, modern, well located, easy to park at and the front desk was responsive. Wifi was also great. Highly recommend it and would stay there again."
