"I liked everything at this hotel, the staff was professional, friendly, flexible, understanding, they made me feel like family and that is not very common at a hotel. The room was gorgeous, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom, were spacious, cozy, very pretty and simple at the same time. The building and central garden are gorgeous. This hotel has a very unique personality. Their location is perfect in the magical town of Mascota. The only area in which I would suggest they have an improvement opportunity is in their included breakfast, it was not bad but it is a very super light breakfast, I am sure they could make an effort to at least add some more light options, for example: toast or bolillo with cream cheese, unsweetened whole grain cereals, waffles, boiled eggs, etc. "
"This place was absolutely adorable. We were able to enjoy the patio and TV room. Though you are next to the church and hear the bells it was not bothersome at all. Convenient to shopping and delicious dining experiences. "
"Overall the Hotel is very beautiful and historic. Nice pieces of antique furniture all around the dining area and our room. Breakfast was delicious, although, I did not like that I was charged whether or not you eat breakfast.
Our room was great, but I did have an issue with the shower, it flooded while using and the hot water took a while to come out. I did see a stain in the wall and hair on shower wall that was there before we got there. "
