" Here are some takeaways: Beach: the sand is more like tiny rocks-make sure you have water shoes because it can be quite painful making your way down to the actual beach Area around property: it is kind of far from all the action Bathroom/shower: if you’re staying with others in the room it can be quite awkward using the restroom because the doors don’t lock, it swings and they’re frosted doors-you can still see Laundry: they only offer laundry services where a single shirt can run $4, no washers/dryers Pool: the pools are very nice! The have two and one is more lively than the other, at least when we went Staff: everyone was soooo nice! The activities crew by the pool is so goo at remembering names and they were by far my favorite thing about being at the pool (other than catching some sun of course) "

"Experiencia muy decepcionante y lejos de justificar el precio. Llegamos puntuales al check-in y desde el inicio hubo insistencia incómoda para asistir a un “desayuno” promocional. A los 30 minutos intentamos reservar cena y ya no había disponibilidad. En el restaurante, de 4 platillos, 2 no estaban disponibles y faltaban básicos como papas a la francesa y aguacate. La calidad de alimentos, muy baja. Para cerrar, el balcón estaba sucio, con muebles llenos de excremento de palomas, evidenciando falta de limpieza por días. En general, pésima experiencia y muy mala relación calidad-precio. No lo recomendaría. Hay mejores opciones por casi el mismo precio."

"Very nice resort, great food, great beach. The only problem is, do not expect a booking at an à la carte restaurant. The butlers they assign to you to do the bookings tell you every morning that the restaurant is not available. Most likely it's a tactic to keep restaurant bookings down."

"The hotel rooms and restaurants were great! Our room was beautiful and spacious and could feel it was a newly renovated room. The food was actually pretty decent! Menu rotations were a nice way to change things up. My cons were that the lounging area was pretty small. Granted we went during a busy weekend, but regardless everything is centrally located so you kinda just walk out of the lobby and that’s it. Will also mention the walls are pretty thin! Didn’t help that we had neighbors that would blast music at 6am and move furniture late at night. It’s also a smoke free hotel , but we would wake up to the neighbor smoking weed and coughing her lungs out. This is in no way the hotels fault. Just be prepared and call front desk if it is a problem. We had an initial problem getting waters to our room. Only had 2 bottles in the room which may be enough for some , but water is all my husband and I drink. The next day we were able to get more waters. They have an odd rotation as far as room service goes. We didn’t have an opportunity to get our room clean because we’d be out during the morning/come back mid day and I guess that’s when house keeping would do their rounds. Was staying at the hotel as part of my honeymoon and thought maybe we’d get a lil something special but didn’t. Staff was nice and Andres was very helpful. We still enjoyed our stay since we were out on excursions for our honeymoon, but wouldn’t recommend if you’re just going to stay a long time/on location "

"The staff needs to improve the way they treat the customers, suggestions for the hotel please add signs with the time that snack bar, pool, the bar for the alcohol drinks is open-closed, and remember that customers go to the hotel to have a great time since that they are spending they money. "

"Room had a horrible hard bed! My view was awful blocked by a palm tree! There was no spa. And the gym was awful old and very very small! Asked for two double beds never did get them so had to share with son ! Low budget hotel you get what you pay for food was ok some staff was great others not so great ! If your travelling with kids on a lower budget this might be good but for comfort and relaxing not so much "

"This property needs up grading The top of the toilet was loose. there was no place to hang towels if you wanted to use them again The rooms could have been cleaner there was dust on the lamp and under the bed which had been there awhile. I had to ask the cleaner to wash the floor after a week of being thereOur room was cleaned at around 4:30 or later our house keeper could not speak English so was difficult to communicate The staff were excellent "

"Resort was very quiet past 10pm. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Food was decent from what i tried but we mainly ate off the resort. The pool gets packed and more chairs would be useful but overall great stay. Would come back here"
