They went above and beyond by upgrading our room, which made our visit even more comfortable. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. We especially appreciated the secure underground parking with gated access, which added an extra layer of peace of mind. A major bonus was the availability of a Tesla charger in the basement parking area — very convenient for EV drivers. Everything from the staff, amenities, cleanliness, and location made this a 5-star experience. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers."

"The only hotel in Kamloops that offers Airport shuttle service (7 min trip, just book with front desk. Meals at the White Spot 😋 inside the Holiday Inn were very fresh and very tasty. All staff from front desk, to security, to house keeping to dining room staff were friendly, helpful & highly skilled.The hotel has been beautifully renovated recently. "
