"Pros were the cleanliness of room, was also a pet room, plenty of towels, breakfast room well stocked and clean as well, front desk friendly and professional. Cons were the loud noise coming from room above ours - sounded like elephants walking etc. around! (But it only lasted a couple of hours) and the communication needs more attention as we informed the hotel 3 times about needing a pet room and only on the third attempt the hotel confirmed back that we had a pet room for another $20 charge. But this lack of response might have been due to booking through a third party (expedia)?"
