"Staff were so busy and unable to answer any questions. The front desk was empty 70% of the time we approached it. Couldn't use the breakfast vouchers we paid for as we were never given them. There is no breakfast area. Not worth the inflated price we paid for out stay. "
"Convenient location to TransCanada Hwy. Quick check in and very friendly staff. Underground parking at no charge was a great bonus. Room was spacious, large bathroom and very clean. Enjoyed the pool. Within walking distance to restaurants. Definitely would recommend. "
"it was a great stay, the staff are amazing and helpfull and friendly. There was several tournaments that weekend so the lobby was constantly filled with kids and loud, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. "
"Staff is great. Would rate the staff highly. Property leaves a bit to be desired. I felt it was very over priced for the quality of the rooms.
The kitchen did not have cloths or towels or a dry rack to do dishes. That should be improved.
We stayed for a sports tournament, so the room had what we needed for our stay."
"The place was ok. The information about continental breakfast was misleading. First of all, there is no room, nor tables and chairs at all to seat down and enjoy the breakfast. You need to eat in your on the bed because there is only one chairs. We where a family of 3. They have to go items such as fruits, yogurt, juice, muffins and boiled egg. Continental freakfast is total different in my experience. Also, check in is at after 4:00 pm which is pretty annoying specially after a long driving where you only want to get intothe room, take a nice shower and rest a little bit. More over the cleaning is poor and you can hear the peace showering in the next room very loud. One thing I appreciate is that are dog free."
