The staff were friendly and check in was quick. However, our room was never cleaned in the 4 days we were there. The staff came in emptied the trash and replaced the towels and that was it. Our beds were never made, the bathroom was not cleaned and the room was not vaccumed. Signs indicated that the sheets would be changed every three days, that did not happen. The beds are comfortable, but soft. The location was good for what we wanted and the casino was in walking distance. Breakfast was continental (toast, yogurt, waffles, hard boiled eggs).
