"Everything was great! nothing negative about this hotel."

"Really speechless! Love the room, service, hotel, food!!"
Resorts World Sentosa - Equarius Hotel
8/10 Good
"We were not informed about the pool upgrading works before making our booking. We were only told about the works when we checked in. We are travelling with a child, and access to a pool was an important factor in choosing this hotel. Unfortunately, part of the pool was closed off while we were using it, and workers carried out the work while guests were still in the pool. Wooden plywood planks were installed directly in the pool to section off the area. Shortly afterwards, I immediately experienced itching and a stinging sensation on my skin. I cannot say for certain what caused this reaction — whether it was wood dust, residue or chemicals from the plywood. I am particularly concerned because this was a busy pool with many children and guests in the water. While I cannot confirm whether the plywood contained formaldehyde, some plywood and engineered wood products can contain formaldehyde-based adhesives. Using such materials directly in a pool occupied by guests raises legitimate health and safety concerns. The hotel should have informed guests about the works before booking or at least upon arrival, and the pool should not have remained open while this work was being carried out. The hotel could also have offered guests the option of using alternative pools at Hotel Michael or Ora during the upgrading works. I hope the hotel will take this matter seriously and review how these works were handled."

"We stayed in the premier king room with balcony. Nice view on top floor, large space and having some free minibar items topped up each day was enjoyed by my daughter (sprite, coke, Oreos and Kit Kats:) It was also right next to infinity pool which was always very quiet and often had the space to ourselves. The resort itself is in very lush surroundings with beautiful gardens and peacocks roaming. I think some of the sections are older but ours was in the newer part. Short walks to resorts world and beaches. Option to take free resort shuttle or buses. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of all cuisines. I found it tricky being celiac as not many places catered for this- didn’t quite understand. So no gf breads etc. I just went for omelette station. Fruits and yoghurt so was fine:) staff all lovely."

Resorts World Sentosa - Equarius Villas
10/10 Excellent
"★★★★★ Our Best Stay Yet at Equarius Villas We have returned to Resorts World Sentosa every summer for years because of its access to Adventure Cove. We have stayed in the Ocean Suite before, but this time booked a one-bedroom villa with a private jacuzzi and direct access to the huge pool. This was our best stay yet. There have been many improvements since last year. Check-in and checkout were seamless, with no lobby congestion or long wait. At around 1 p.m., we received a call that our villa was ready, and the team arranged buggy pickup from Hotel Michael. WhatsApp communication was excellent, with fast responses throughout our stay. The villa remains wonderful, but the team made the real difference. Special thanks to Butlers William, Charles, and Willy, and the entire butler team. We appreciated the turndown amenities, mosquito coils at sundown, extra water, and insect repellent, especially as my wife is allergic to mosquito bites. We also appreciate the Chairman’s approval for buggy service to the front entrance of Adventure Cove. At checkout, the team even delivered our luggage to Hotel Michael, saving us a return trip. One friendly suggestion: the new butler uniforms look polished but seem too formal, heavy, and warm for Singapore’s climate. After three decades in hospitality, I believe uniforms should be elegant, breathable, comfortable, and suited to a tropical resort. Exceptional service from start to finish. We look forward to returning next summer."
Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel Ora

"Bring mosquito repellent if you will be lounging by the pool. I got about 10 bites in an hour. Other than that, everything was excellent."
Siloso Beach Resort, Sentosa
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is great. The only thing that was not so good was the airconditioning - it was much too cold. Turning the dial to 30 degrees did nothing. We had to open the window to get it a bit warmer, but then mosquitos came in. There is no fly screen on the window. There was a sign asking us not to turn the airconditioning off, so we suffered the cold."
Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel Michael
8/10 Good
"Breakfast Menu is OK but not "wow". But seems not ideal as there is long queue getting into breakfast hall and the air-condition is weak (so a bit hot)."
