"The room was amazing, we got to stay in 302 which was the corner room and it had a great view of the town and the plaza. The bed was comfy and the space was nice for us Americans that are used to bigger spaces. 😅 Would stay here again if we come back to Italy. They were also doing maintenance upkeep on the building while we were there. It was nice to see them keep up with a historic building like this one."

"David and Roberta are fabulous hosts. They provided information for our visits and would spend as much time as you want to ensure you have all the information you need. The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect. The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience and we will return one of these days, as long as it is available!"

"very friendly and welcoming, good vibe and clean room. Bed was very firm and comfortable to sleep in, the room was cleaned each day. Very good location right in the center of town, it was great! very highly recommend!"

"Excelente hospedaje, muy bien ubicado, a 7 minutos caminando de la estación de tren y muy bien ubicado en el centro, queda en una calle peatonal. No tiene recepcion 24 horas, solo en horas laborales. El staff es excelente su servicio Simonetta y Romina son muy amables y te ayudan con lo que necesites. Es en un tercer piso. La habitación excelente muy linda, la ducha un poco chica, pero el baño en si esta muy bien. Lo recomiendo mucho."

"Far better than the alledged 5 star hotel we had stayed in at Santa Margherita. Good breakfast with quality products e.g. fresh bread, Wilkins jams and freshly made cappucino not from a nachine plus lots more. Quiet air conditioning and room was cool when we arrived. Complementary water in the room. Rainfall shower. Good location just over 5 minutes walk from train station and about 15 minute walk to the ferry terminal for Cinque Terre. A block away from a very good restaurant."

"Upon arrival the lift wasn't working, so we had to climb up to the 4th floor with all our bags. It was repaired that day. Great location near shops, restaurants and trains/buses. Room was small with no kitchenette; only kettle, very small fridge and coffee pod machine. You have to use bathroom sink for water. Only provided coffee cups and teaspoons, so all meals have to be eaten out, which doesn't really suit us traveling with children. Block out shutters, curtains and comfy bed meant great sleep. Staff were very responsive."

"We stayed in the Presidential Duplex and I can say it is even more beautiful than the pictures. The suite is immaculate with 2 full bathrooms and ensuite bath tub, which is massive. The views are beautiful and all the restaurants surrounding the hotel are delicious (we tried them all in our 4 days in La Spezia). All communication with hotel staff was via Whatsapp with very quick and easy checkin and checkout, which ran very smoothly. About 15 minute walk from La Spezia Centrale train station - it is a great place to stay when visiting La Spezia/Cinque Terre region."

"Lisa and Simone were excellent hosts, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They even helped us with our luggage from the car to the room.The apartment was perfect for us. Just about 10 minutes walk to the the train station to go to Cinque Terre. AC temperature was great, we like it cold at 19 degrees Celsius. Just down the apartment there's a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Five star all around!"

"Our stay was great.Our room was large and clean.We had access to several towels. The merchant responded to our request immediately via whatsapp. Cleaning was done daily and in a timely fashion. It was questionable if the ac was working, but we did have a fan in the room that was great. There seemed to be construction going on outside the windows so the windows were sealed off with no natural light into the room. That being said, we were out for most of the day so that wasn't a big issue for us. Overall, our stay was good and the room was very spacious."
