"Stay away! Arrived at the house and it looks absolutely terrible from the outside, the area is far from everything and the information provided on the site is not correct. Owner did not speak English and communication was almost impossible. The apartment is smaller than stated and lacks hot water. Had booked 2 nights, but only stayed one. Was supposed to get a refund for one night, but the owner neither opens nor responds to messages, as expected we have not received any money in refund....

"The host is so wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. She provided very helpful suggestions to help us adjust our plans as the weather wasn't ideal during our stay. The unit is also very clean and very well-equipped. Overall, the apartment felt like home to us. It was the best base for our explorations in the area."

"Apres un appel telephonique le matin de mon arrive a la station de train de La Spezia confirmant la prise de l'appartement pour 13:00 hr, on s'est retrouvé devant une porte sans reponse. Apres un nouvel appel pour savoir ce qui se passaitau proprio. On s'est fait dire que la reservation était annulé. Nous nous sommes retrouvés a la rue. ."

"Great stay in close proximity of Cinque Terre, even if the unit we were assigned to was different from the one we booked because of unavailability of the selected one. Ended up in the historical center of La Spezia, in a 2bdrm (instead of the booked 3bdrm), which was great for shopping and strolling, but a bit noisy for a family stay, and not parking friendly if you are traveling by car. Overall a good experience and a good stay."
