"First off, the staff there is AMAZING! From the serving staff to the gentlemen at the front door, everyone was so courteous and helpful! Beautiful property. Our room was great! Bed was a tad firm for me, but I got good rest and didn’t hear any hallway noise or traffic noise. Very clean! We didn’t gamble much, but there are so many slots to choose from. There are amoking and non-smoking areas to gamble in."

"This place is as good as any in borrago if not better than most. Pool, Jacuzzi, plenty of land to walk my dog, you can grill if you’d like with a sink available there too. Only complaint is I wish they had a bar/food open year round."

"Overcrowded tiny parking lot, filthy, and loud. I had to rinse the bottoms of my feet off over and over just from walking on the dirty floor of my room. It’s run down and dingy. The people billeted above sounded like a heard of buffalo all day and night. I would not recommend to a friend. Also they had ants."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Issue #1: Lack of Housekeeping The room was not cleaned even once during our two-night stay. The towels were not replaced, and the trash can was never emptied. This was the first time we have ever experienced a hotel where no housekeeping service was provided during our stay. In addition, because the hotel operates contactlessly, there was no staff available in the lobby to address our concerns. Issue #2: Bugs in the Bed During our stay, we were bitten by bugs while sleeping and woke up with numerous bites on our bodies. On the first day, we found a small dead brown bug on the bed. On the morning of the second day, because we suspected there were bugs in the bed, we carefully searched the comforter and bedding and found two more bugs, which we killed. We took photographs of the dead bug as well as the stains on the comforter. We chose this hotel because many reviews described it as a romantic destination. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and left us with unpleasant memories rather than the relaxing experience we had expected."
