"The staff here is amazing. They are always so helpful when I come to Pala. This is my place t not only gamble but to relax. The rooms are spotless,At least this has been my experience . I have never been disatisfied at the service of this hotel. There is one very important to note. Children are allowed in the hotel however they are not allowed in the pool area. which is only for adults and the casino adaults only. Still you will have fun in a clean secure inviorment."

"This place is amazing for families and a great place to relax and have many activities. We went to the zoo, safari park, beach, and sea world. The drive isn’t difficult. The Monday farmers market is amazing. The only down side was the WiFi and service for T-Mobile wasn’t great"

"This place is as good as any in borrago if not better than most. Pool, Jacuzzi, plenty of land to walk my dog, you can grill if you’d like with a sink available there too. Only complaint is I wish they had a bar/food open year round."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Issue #1: Lack of Housekeeping The room was not cleaned even once during our two-night stay. The towels were not replaced, and the trash can was never emptied. This was the first time we have ever experienced a hotel where no housekeeping service was provided during our stay. In addition, because the hotel operates contactlessly, there was no staff available in the lobby to address our concerns. Issue #2: Bugs in the Bed During our stay, we were bitten by bugs while sleeping and woke up with numerous bites on our bodies. On the first day, we found a small dead brown bug on the bed. On the morning of the second day, because we suspected there were bugs in the bed, we carefully searched the comforter and bedding and found two more bugs, which we killed. We took photographs of the dead bug as well as the stains on the comforter. We chose this hotel because many reviews described it as a romantic destination. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and left us with unpleasant memories rather than the relaxing experience we had expected."
