First time being here at this hotel and enjoyed the views, atmosphere, food and drinks. The staff were kind and informative. Only thing is during the 3rd stay, I found some ants. Not sure because we were located downstairs and when we went outside of the patio it got in. However, overall experience was great!

This is by far the best place to stay in Temecula wine country. We lived in Temecula for one year, found this gem and -- since moving away -- we make a point to come back at least a few times per year. It is a stunning property with excellent restaurants for breakfast. We typically make dinner reservations elsewhere, but - overall - this is a wonderful spot for couples or families who want to get a real "wine country" experience. Highly recommend!

Overall, beautiful property! Great views. Unfortunately, lots of inconveniences happened: we were told about the pool bar at check in to find out it was closed the next day. Fire pits were broken. Asked for room services and on 2 separate days, they never came. No one knew how to use the food credit. Wine tasting closes at 6. There was more, but overall came down to bad communication on details.

Booked a two queen room for 3 nights. It was amazing! The room had a balcony overlooking the property, and each morning we could see hot air balloons flying nearby. The food at the restaurants is amazing and the wine is delicious. We got complimentary tastings at Ponte and Bottaia. Wasn’t able to make it to the Cellar but it was definitely a happening place based on the crowds coming in and out. Staff was amazing all around. There’s a cute pond and some great spots to sit by fountains and fire pits. The pool area was also beautiful and had games as well. 10/10 will never stay anywhere else in Temecula again!
