"So the pool was closed which was not disclosed Staff was terrible while my boyfriend was drinking his beer the staff member grabbed it out of his hand and said it’s after 0200 AM and no drinks on the floor Very disrespectful "

"The rooms and facility were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the refrigerator in my room froze all my food and drinks. The temperature dial was broken."

"Booked a two queen room for 3 nights. It was amazing! The room had a balcony overlooking the property, and each morning we could see hot air balloons flying nearby. The food at the restaurants is amazing and the wine is delicious. We got complimentary tastings at Ponte and Bottaia. Wasn’t able to make it to the Cellar but it was definitely a happening place based on the crowds coming in and out. Staff was amazing all around. There’s a cute pond and some great spots to sit by fountains and fire pits. The pool area was also beautiful and had games as well. 10/10 will never stay anywhere else in Temecula again!"
