"Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. Good for short stays."
"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

"I especially liked the sustainable practice in their housekeeping where they no longer provide small bottled toiletries and they provided water dispensers in each floor to allow guests to refill water bottles and reduce chances of purchasing bottled water and reduce plastic waste. . "
"Amazing hospitality and very friendly. A few minutes after I checked in, the front desk lady who checked me in and welcomed me to the stay, called my room and asked how I liked the room. I was pleasantly shocked with their attendance! The morning breakfast was wonderful. All kitchen and dine-in staff were very pleasant and all as one team.
